Today my housemate and I made some sweet potato, carrot, ginger and cinnamon juice in the juicer. Then we cooked up all the other veggies and ingredients we had around. Brussel sprouts with a bit of balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper, we roasted at 400* for 30-40 min. We boiled 1/2 a butternut squash and sautéed onions and peppers, we made a broth, added some spices and then blended. We put a dollop of goat milk yogurt, a few spinach leaves and an extra dash of spice.
